How to Keep Searching For (and Finding) Solutions
If you’re like me, it may be hard to give up control, but solutions present themselves organically when you stop trying to be in charge all the time. Instead turn your attention back to finding alternative ways to restore, repair and fix emotional, physiological and psychological disturbances in the body.
Baby steps is the way.
Unless it’s a “you’ve got to have this operation or else” situation, a gentle, SLOW and STEADY approach is what will heal emotional wounds and get you into a space to not only recognize solutions, but act on them.
I’m a big believer in experimenting with new ideas when you’ve tried every approach you can think of and either nothing’s worked, nothing’s changed or you keep coming up with excuses, such as “I guess this is just the way it’s going to be.”
Here are three experiences to consider trying that will kickstart your shift toward healing and help you find the answers you’re looking for:

1. The Energy Flow Formula with John Amaral.
This is by far THE COOLEST thing yet, and takes energy work to the next level. Transformative. Life changing… I just want to say… exorcism??
2. Cold Therapy and Ice Baths. This is a tough one for me because I’m not a fan of the cold (AT ALL), but I’m definitely going for it. Apparently, breath work is key before jumping into frigid temps if you want to do it right and not hate it. For me, that’s the the main reason this kind of therapy is so appealing (did I say that?!), it teaches you how to breath. If you’ve struggled with breath work before, supposedly you’ll get it now.
(FYI: this is the second time I’m hearing about cold therapy this week… is the universe trying to get my attention?)
3. Heat Therapy. I’m talking Russian banya or sauna. There’s a lot of chatter that daily sauna increases the serotonin levels in the body AND reduces anxiety and depression while inducing a calming state. I say bring it on!
Ever since I lived in Russia, taking a sauna has been part of my weekly regime. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Most gyms have them or if you want one in your home (what a luxurious thing to do for yourself!), there are all different kinds and not as crazy expensive as you might think. This last one’s not an experience, but a total MUST DO. It will help you feel better and THINK BETTER (no more fuzzy brain). Yes, please.
