This blog is about wellbeing, travel and creativity – three things I believe make for a fulfilling life experience. It’s where I write about products, services, experiences and techniques that fall into those categories and help cultivate an engaged, exciting, creative and healthy life.

An equation that works for me:

A Positive Creative Driven Life + Healthy Mind & Body = A Life You Love on Your Terms

If you’re a creative with a big writing idea, please check out Linda Teaches™ – my series of upcoming online classes that teach how to: land a literary agent, write an outstanding book proposal, develop story ideas, craft a TV series treatment that gets attention, draft a TV pilot script, and more.  NOTE: the first course, “How to Write a Nonfiction Book Proposal That Lands You a Top Agent” will be up shortly. Hang tight and THANK YOU!

Meet Linda Kaari Predovsky

No doubt as you read this I am either headed out to grab a coffee, on a walk, leading an artistic tour, discussing the tsars of Russia or at my computer writing. I told you my interests were varied! I grew up outside of Chicago, and at 19 moved to Los Angeles to attend the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. By way of Cavallo, Ruffalo & Fargnoli, the management company that represented Prince, I became a wardrobe stylist for acts on Prince’s Paisley Park Records along with merchandising for junior sportswear manufacturers.

Eventually I transitioned into entertainment. I dabbled in acting, got my hands wet in TV production, dove into script writing, found an agent and got accepted to the ABC Daytime Writer’s Program where I learned to write for the award-winning soap opera, One Life to Live. It’s fair to say, “soaps” were my thing for quite some time. Another something that became an even bigger thing in my life, was my interest in Russia, primarily its history and culture. When an opportunity to live and work there came my way, I didn’t hesitate for even a second. I sold many of my things, put the rest in storage and boarded a Finnair flight to St. Petersburg. And there I stayed for almost ten years. During that time I worked for Nickelodeon helping to brand the network in Eastern Europe. Later I co-founded and led a TV/film production company producing international projects for networks such as History, National Geographic, CBS, BBC, Discovery, Travel, SyFy, Cartoon Network and more. I was also a contributing writer to Russian Life, Royalty Digest and iCom.

When I moved back to the U.S. I wasn’t prepared for the tough times and changes ahead. Every aspect of my life took a hit. This was hard for me because I pride myself on believing in big dreams and having a life that works. As things finally settled down, I had to decide what I wanted my life to be like as a mother, writer and entrepreneur in a way that energised me. Making this decision filled me with a kind of energy I’d not had in a very long time; I was off and running! It was then I decided to help others get excited about their lives too. This blog is the coming together of that goal.

Today, I am grateful to have this incredible opportunity to spend my time sharing information that can help make yours, an inspired, exhilarating, beautiful life.
